We bought a ton of peaches tonight from a local grower. Actually, we bought a bushel from him. That’s a lot of peaches, but I’d love to get my hands on even more!
This is one of my husband’s favorite dishes. The gravy is SO good, especially when served with mashed potatoes!
I challenge you to try this, at least once. It’s so easy, and costs pennies compared to the store bought stuff, with the added benefit of having no preservatives or chemicals! We’re hooked!!

Okay… so this “recipe” needs a little help… like actual measurements! But at least you can get the idea.
