Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl, or in a similar container.
Stir thoroughly to combine. The mixture should resemble a paste that is easy to spread but is not runny.
If the paste is too runny, add a few pinches more of the baking soda. If the paste is too dry, add ¼ of a teaspoon more of the rubbing alcohol or vodka.
To use, scoop a small amount onto the kitchen area or appliance to be cleaned, and rub vigorously around with a cloth or sponge to scour.
If any residue from the scrub remains after scouring, lightly wipe the space with a clean rag only dampened with distilled white vinegar.
