Quick & Natural Relief For Urinary Tract Infections

If you’ve ever had a Urinary Tract Infection, you know just how painful it can be! Before using prescription antibiotics, or other over the counter medications, you may want to give this a try. It’s worked great for me!!

When you first notice symptoms of a possible UTI (mainly painful burning during urination), try these three things:

  • Drink 1 Gallon of water in 24 hours
  • Take 1000 mg. Vitamin C
  • Take 1-2 Garlic Tablets

You ought to feel significant relief within 24 hours.

    1 teaspoon baking soda in 8oz glass of water (daily)
    eat pineapple, blue berries and drink cranberry juice. It works…

  2. Cranberry tablets.
    Cheaper than cranberry juice that usually has added sugar in it (and you don’t really want to be having that much sugar with a UTI or yeast infection).

  3. Another thing you could do is take cranberry capsules. I take them everyday as a preventative, but there are some brands at your health food store that you can specifically when you have a urinary tract infection- they have higher mg. then the preventative ones.
