MMMmmm, I just enjoyed one of these and felt like sharing my favorite Frappuccino recipe with you! I know it’s like practically snowing outside, and iced coffees aren’t exactly the thing to be drinking when it’s freezing… but they are SO good!
Homemade Frappuccino (Iced Coffee)
Makes one cup.
So double it. Triple it! Just make enough to share!
- 1/3 cup very warm water
- 2 tsp instant coffee granules (or more if you like stronger flavor)
- 1 cup ice cubes
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1 Tbsp sugar
In a blender, mix the water with the coffee until dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Top with whipped cream and shaved chocolate, if you are fortunate enough to have such delicacies!
Or, add a good drizzle of chocolate syrup to the blender for a frothy mocha treat!
