  2. A friend passed your blog onto another friend on facebook and I took a peak! I love it! We are missionaries in Ethiopia. I have a dream of incorporating the things God is teaching us here with life in the States when we return in 3 years. I just subscribed to your blog and can’t wait to read more! Oh and we have 3 little ones and do family worship but this DVD sounds like it would be ideal for helping us become more structured and focused.

  6. I just subscribed to your blog. I would love to win the DVD. We have to travel 200 miles every other Sunday for church, so we could sure use this to help establish a time of devotions when we are at home. Thanks so much!!

  7. I would love to have this dvd! I am so tired of the UNimportant taking up all of our time instead of the IMPORTANT things like family worship and devotions!

  8. I am a single mom with no one to lead this family in devotions. I would like to receive instruction and think that watching this DVD would be helpful.

  9. My husband and I have ministry focused on teaching families, father’s in particular, the importance of family worship. Encouraging them to teach their own children God’s word. This seems sounds like it would be a wonderful tool for us , as we seek to further and strengthen God;s Kingdom here on earth. How many families might be blessed through this!

  10. Our family has just recently started family worship. I would love to have this film as a encouragement as we go down this path.

  11. Family devotions are crucial to our family but sometimes we are too exhausted to really get much from them. I’m always looking for improvements to our family devo time. BTW, I just found your blog & I love it! I will be subscribing as of today! Thanks.

  12. Being the spiritual leader in my home is difficult without my husband’s input. With 4 children and sports, school and 4-H activities, I would love to win this to help me incorporate devotion/worship into our busy schedules! Thanks.

  13. I would love to have a copy of this dvd too. We’ve tried to do family devotional times before and have always gotten busy and then it fell to the wayside. I think this would be a nice encouragement and I also think my dh would enjoy watching it as he is uncomfortable leading – seeing how other families do this might encourage him as well.

  14. Kendra, we have many friends that became christians as adults or were raised in families that didn’t do family devotions. This would be a great springboard to introduce them to family worship. I am blessed to have a husband that leads family worship in our home. We discussed just last night how our ministry is changing to a “building the family” focus. Thank you for offering this!

  15. With the busyness of homeschool and homestead, it is sometimes easy to forget how important it is to stop and do daily family devotions. We try over and over, but it somehow never sticks for long. This video looks like it would be great encouragement and motivation for our family to do something together consistently besides just the daily Bible lesson for school.

  16. I have heard of and read about Franklin springs, but haven’t seen anything they’ve produced. would love to watch this with my family.

  17. I subscribed in an email format. Thank you – looking forward to reading more of your blog while we begin our homesteading journey.

  23. I subscribe via email. I believe you were one of the first blogs I subscribed to. That was before I even knew what a blog was! Now, I have one of my own. lol

  24. I was actually just telling my husband this the other day. I feel like i need to go back to god, but i just did not know how right now. I feel very lost sometimes. I love reading your posts and check them everyday. Thank you for them!

  25. Hey Kendra- I would love a copy of this film. We are a small christian family with one child. But i’m always looking for ideas and ways to strengthen our families walk with the Lord. It’s so hard to find good media out there today. We do not have cable television so a movie like this would give our family some good wholesome entertainment on a Friday night! Thanks for doing a giveaeaway I hope to win ๐Ÿ™‚

  26. Hi, Im so happy that I found your blog! Please enter me in the giveaway, I love Franklin Springs, they are always informative and family friendly! I am a new follower also!
    Michelle

  27. I have a few of their videos. The Grand daughters love to watch them. I would love to add this one of my collection for the family wo watch together. Barbara

  28. Hello Kendra,
We already have set aside a time each day to be in Gods word although we should be spending alot more time when you consider the hours in a day.I think that this video could be helpful though and a good watch after our new baby is here.Only five more weeks!!!

  29. I would love to win this because just the other day (really) I was talking with my wife about how we need to focus on God more the other 6 days of the week.

  30. I hadn’t heard of this video before but it does sound really interesting.

My husband and I are what you might call ‘baby’ Christians; we’ve talked about praying together as a family and doing some devotionals together also, but we haven’t been doing that yet. I think we both feel a little awkward and don’t know where to start. I wonder if watching this would give us a bit of an encouragement and motivation in that regard?

  31. I’ve been wanting this video for a while and it’s on my wish list of things to get! Wouldn’t it be great to win it! We have practiced family devotions for quite some time, but it would be a great opportunity to review it with our daughters so that they know WHY we do it and then I could share it with friends as well.

  32. I would love to have this DVD to get ideas on how to incorporate family worship in our home! It’s a pretty foreign concept to me in terms of my upbringing, but I love the idea and would like it to be part of our family life.
