Chicken Roll-Ups

Okay, so this recipe isn’t exactly completely from scratch (unless you want to make the crescent roll dough yourself!), but it’s a YUMMY recipe, and I had to share it! It comes from my MIL… I’m sure she wouldn’t mind if I shared it 🙂

Chicken Roll-Ups

  • 1 Chicken Breast; cooked and shredded ( I always cook it in the crockpot.) OR about 1-1/2 c. cooked chicken.
  • 1 pkg. Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup

Preheat oven to 325*. Butter a 9×13 baking dish.

Separate rolls.

  1. Kendra,

We got the recipe from Vicky…lol. Try adding a little bit of cheese in before you “roll” them up. Its good too.. Ive added different spices to the chicken before rolling up. Italian, Mexician, lemon/pepper… still all good, just a different taste.

  2. I made your Crockpot BBQ chicken for Thursday, then I used the leftover chicken from that recipe to make this recipe Friday. We just finished it off for lunch today. It was DEE-licious and hubby approved.

    Thanks!
