Okay, so this recipe isn’t exactly completely from scratch (unless you want to make the crescent roll dough yourself!), but it’s a YUMMY recipe, and I had to share it! It comes from my MIL… I’m sure she wouldn’t mind if I shared it 🙂
Chicken Roll-Ups
- 1 Chicken Breast; cooked and shredded ( I always cook it in the crockpot.) OR about 1-1/2 c. cooked chicken.
- 1 pkg. Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
Preheat oven to 325*. Butter a 9×13 baking dish.
Separate rolls.
Place some chicken on the fattest side of each roll,
then roll up.
Place rolls in baking dish.
Mix soup with milk and pour over rolls.
Bake 45 min. or until brown.

Kendra,
We got the recipe from Vicky…lol. Try adding a little bit of cheese in before you “roll” them up. Its good too.. Ive added different spices to the chicken before rolling up. Italian, Mexician, lemon/pepper… still all good, just a different taste.
I made your Crockpot BBQ chicken for Thursday, then I used the leftover chicken from that recipe to make this recipe Friday. We just finished it off for lunch today. It was DEE-licious and hubby approved.
Thanks!

Oh my goodness, this was so delicious! My friends at work always talk about this kind of recipe, so I thought I’d try it. My husband ate 6 of them!!! Will definitely will cook it again, thank you for the great step by step directions and pictures! I usually will not cook something, unless I see the pictures. MMMMMMMM
I will definitely be making this this weekend, thanks!!
